Support Mental Health Challenge
Mental health issues are the biggest public health challenge that we face, affecting the lives of millions of people across the UK.
We want to see more people talking openly about mental health and showing your support for each other, because sometimes we can feel so alone. So, take some time out over the year to take on Support Mental Health Challenge.
Here are some activities you can choose to do:
Have a tea party
Mindfulness
Walk in nature
Swim
Run
Bike ride
Host a dinner party
Do your own
Get Involved
Let’s get talking about mental health, support each other, and help raise some money to improve services along the way.
If you care, share, and let’s get as many people as we can working together to do the Support Mental Health Challenge.
Whether you run, walk, swim, or do mindfulness, it doesn’t really matter what you do, it’s up to you. Have a tea party with friends or drinks with work colleagues as long as we are raising awareness of mental health and helping beat the STIGMA linked to talking openly about our feelings and emotions and saying, its ok not to be ok.
