If you care, share, and let’s get as many people as we can working together to do the Support Mental Health Challenge.
Whether you run, walk, swim, or do mindfulness, it doesn’t really matter what you do, it’s up to you. Have a tea party with friends or drinks with work colleagues as long as we are raising awareness of mental health and helping beat the STIGMA linked to talking openly about our feelings and emotions and saying, it’s ok not to be ok.
