Why I’m Taking Part
I am running the Yorkshire Three Peaks to firstly raise money for an excellent charity, which means a lot as part of the mental health first aid team at school, and also as a psychology teacher to support people with anxiety and how to cope with these symptoms. And secondly to challenge myself! By doing difficulties and hitting goals is good for MY mental health!
