We all have mental health; good mental health requires maintaining, and we need to make sure that there is support in place for those who struggle with mental health challenges. In May I'll be completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for charity Anxious Minds. This fundraiser allows us to promote activities which maintain good mental health such as getting out in nature and spending time with friends, whilst also raising much needed money for the charity.
